There are no roads, very beautiful and exciting routes that you travel together. Sometimes there are unexpected and / or obstacles that must be addressed. And now, this is the time. I know that today it is still unclear on the concept and the principle of collective responsibility but I ask you an effort.
If you remember, already in the assembly of October 17, 2010 we spoke of the need / opportunity for Short Circuit Flegrei (you remember us) to make a quantum leap. Association of transforming ourselves into short chain flegrea per meglio tutelare/garantire i produttori e i consum-attori delle rete e soprattutto per tutelare la persona e il luogo che ci ospita ( il giardino dell’orco).
Ora e’ arrivato , proprio in questi giorni , a Corto Circuito flegreo, un avviso “ bonario” e informale che comunica letteralmente che : “ se il mercatino del lago d’averno non trova rapidamente una forma di regolarizzazione amministrativa ( secondo norme statali, regionali e locali) i vigili saranno costretti ad intervenire” . Ci è stato fatto capire che possiamo cercare una intesa di regolamentazione flessibile che non cancelli l’esperienza. Ciò a conferma che anche l’istituzione, pur non conoscendoci bene, ci riconosce una utilità sociale . Ma dobbiamo fare dei passi concreti verso la regolarizzazione.
Nell’assemblea del 20 febbraio avevamo confermato questa volontà, a prescindere dall’imprevisto sopraggiunto successivamente, sebbene abbiamo concluso di far maturare ulteriormente la consapevolezza dell’appartenere ad un progetto comune molto ambizioso. Lo ripetiamo un progetto integrato di sostenibilità ambientale e sociale di comunità. Un vero e proprio cantiere sociale. Dove sperimentare filiere corte, relazioni di fiducia, promozione di cibo buono, pulito e giusto e soprattutto far crescere una comunità intorno a principi di sostenibilità, di giustizia ambientale e sociale.
Ma, già dall’inizio, Remember, we expect that the institutions and the surrounding environment (in the true sense of the word ... surrounding the lake) would have questioned and asked: who are you, what do you do?, follow the rules?.
Well, that moment has arrived.
This week we planned to do the meetings with the institutions to clarify the thing to "fix" and do some of our proposals.
Next week, we therefore hold a special meeting for action.
