Lo ripetiamo un progetto integrato di sostenibilità ambientale e sociale di comunità. Un vero e proprio cantiere sociale. Dove sperimentare filiere corte, relazioni di fiducia, promozione di cibo buono, pulito e giusto e soprattutto far crescere una comunità intorno a principi di sostenibilità, di giustizia ambientale e sociale.
